• It is fully completed and consists of 9 towers with 4,408 rooms, with a capacity of up to 17,300 pilgrims.
• It is currently managed and operated by the InterContinental Group (IHG), under the name VOCO Makkah Hotel.
• The hotels were first opened in March 2023, and the Ramadan and Hajj seasons were successfully operated, as they were the first two seasons for hotels with high occupancy rates.
