Maad international co. is a Saudi Arabian company specialized in real estate development and owns Maad Hotel Towers project, which was designed by renowned international and local companies, and the project was implemented by (A) classification contracting companies.

Phase 1:
It is fully completed and consists of 9 towers with 4,408 rooms, with a capacity of up to 17,300 pilgrims.
It is currently managed and operated by the InterContinental Group (IHG), under the name VOCO Makkah Hotel.
The hotels were first opened in March 2023, and the Ramadan and Hajj seasons were successfully operated, as they were the first two seasons for hotels with high occupancy rates.

Phase 2:
The second phase consists of 3,611 hotel rooms, with a capacity of up to 13,700 pilgrims.
It has not yet started its implementation.

Phase 3:
The third phase consists of 3,199 hotel rooms, with a capacity of up to 12,000 pilgrims.
It has not yet started its implementation.

 The furniture and interiors are compliant with international standard hotel specifications, with materials sourced from a diverse range of vendors as far afield as the United States of America, Germany, Spain, the United Arab Emirates and Turkey.
