The prestigious Dallah al Barakah and Wadi el Khalil groups joined forces to create Maad International, a developer charged with building international-standard hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia. PROJECT INFORMATION

The uniquely-designed properties boast 11,268 keys able to house up to 43,000 pilgrims across 21 hotels in a total built up area of 866,027 m2. Each tower which house guests and services such as restaurants, event halls, prayer areas, lounge areas and so on. Every room is designed to serve up to five guests during the peak Hajj season, with spacious hotel apartments able to house an even greater number as required. The furniture and interiors are compliant with international standard 4-star hotel specifications, with materials sourced from a diverse range of vendors as far afield as the United States of America, Germany, Spain, the United Arab Emirates and Turkey. The project has progressed at an enviable pace as the company is financially secure; and offers investors valuable assets expected to provide consistent, high yielding operations over the coming decades.
